We are seeking experienced Freestanding Emergency Room (FSED) Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity, fast-paced standalone ER. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency conditions. You will provide timely, patient-centered care in a dynamic team environment, treating patients across all acuity levels.
Available ShiftsNight Shift (Rotating Weekends)
Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care within a high-volume FSED environment
Perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization of patients
Respond quickly to life-threatening emergencies
Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the ED care team
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and hospital standards
3+ years of recent acute care ER RN experience (within the last year)
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility
ADN or Nursing Diploma required;
BSN preferredBLS required within 30 days of hire
Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within 90 days of hire
Competitive Pay: Earn up to $39.60/hr
