Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care
Panama City, FL
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient practice in Panama City, FL. This role is 100% outpatient with a consistent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable caring for a geriatric patient population and has experience in primary care or managed care settings.
Compensation & Benefits- $115,000–$130,000 (negotiable based on experience)

- Provide comprehensive primary care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination
- Manage chronic conditions and treat minor acute illnesses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Florida NP license
- Primary care experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Managed care experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
