Salary:Up to $116,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Manage daily operations of the Emergency Department
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in a high-acuity environment
- Ensure quality care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
- Active RN license (FL)
- Leadership experience in ER or acute care settings
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
