Pay: $30.00- 32.00 /hourly

Schedule: Full Time, Weekends

- The client seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with strong phlebotomy and peripheral IV skills, excellent patient service, and an interest in specialized outpatient care.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• - Perform intake, obtain vital signs and health information, assist with exams and procedures, and report abnormal findings.
• - Perform blood draws, peripheral IV insertion, and authorized IV treatments within training, competency, and scope.
• - Administer ordered treatments, monitor patients, document responses, and report changes or adverse reactions.
• - Reinforce care instructions and coordinate follow-up while directing clinical questions to the appropriate provider.
• - Maintain accurate eClinical
  
  Works records and assist with appointments, labs, referrals, and patient communications.

Required Qualifications:

• - Graduate of an approved practical nursing program with current, unrestricted Florida LPN licensure.
• - Minimum 2 years of direct patient-care nursing experience
• - Completed Florida-compliant 30-hour LPN IV therapy course with required clinical competency verification
• - Proficient in phlebotomy and peripheral IV insertion, including difficult venous access
• - Able to follow clinical direction, work within scope, and maintain reliable attendance
• - Current AHA Basic Life Support
