American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a Cardiology Pre-Post Cath unit requiring 2+ years of experience and a FL or compact RN license.
Details- General medical/surgical unit, Cardiology-Pre-Post Cath department
- 13-week assignment with night shift hours (18:45-07:15)
- Every other weekend required
- Active FL or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Current license and primary source verification (Nursys) required within 30 days prior to start
- Provide direct patient care on a general medical/surgical unit supporting cardiology pre- and post-catheterization patients
- Travelers are expected to work two of the three major holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day - Radius rule applies; local candidates accepted at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
- Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager at least 45 days before assignment end date
