Your day may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or assisting members while stocking shelves. The role is fast‑paced, physically demanding, and essential to ensuring that members can find what they love for less.

• Unload trucks promptly, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.
• Engage vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Support club pick‑up orders by picking and staging products.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and guiding them to merchandise.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, zoning, and pricing.
• Monitor product quality, rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Compose and follow policies, procedures, and company standards of ethics and integrity.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage: $16.00 – $23.00. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed.
