Member Assist Cart Attendant

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assistant – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, as our members count on you.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering member questions as needed
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist with loading items and transporting them as needed; help ensure carts/flatbeds are available
• Assist with parking lot cleanliness and safety, following company policies
• Support with pick-up orders by notifying members of delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring products are prepared per company procedures
• Process member purchases, assist with payments according to policy, and use cash registers as needed
• Locate and organize merchandise and respond to member issues and concerns
• Promote company products and services and assist with club-wide needs as required
