What We Sell and How We OperateELITE B2B SALES. Panhandle Region, FL.
What you will do:
This is high-stakes, high-trust, high-dollar B2B territory sales. You will sell construction monitoring services and related offerings, embed engineers onsite to monitor critical aspects of buildings, and engage with boards and managers to provide compliance and prevention solutions. You will work to build pipeline, pitch like a boss, and close deals with velocity and authority.
Typical activities: Mon & Fri – remote CRM work with 100+ follow-ups;
Tue-Thu – field days with office visits; target is property managers and CAMs managing condos; 10-12 deals/month = serious commission.
We offer two additional services that are legally required: engineering reports (Milestone/Recertification, Phase 1 &
2) and reserve studies (30-year condo budgeting).
- 3+ years B2B sales (Construction, Insurance, HOA experience preferred)
- Serious work ethic and self-discipline
- Executive presence in boardrooms, luncheons, cold calls
- CRM and Google Sheets fluency
- Driver’s license and vehicle
- Coachability: willingness to be trained and to apply learnings
First-Year OTE:
- $110K-$140K = Solid
- $140K-$175K = Strong
- $175K+ = BEAST
