Tri Corps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a prestigious gated community in the Panama City Beach area. Applicants should hold a current Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment. Former law enforcement officers, military veterans, and experienced security professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

• Monitor and control access to community entrances, ensuring that only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
• Provide a visible and professional presence to promote a safe and secure environment.
• Patrol community grounds to deter and detect potential safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and service calls, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and management to support daily operations.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and any incidents.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
• Follow all client and Tri Corps procedures to ensure high-quality service and consistent performance.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Stay alert and proactive throughout each shift to ensure a secure environment.
• Demonstrate calm judgment, effective communication, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Uphold Tri Corps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and excellence.

• Positions available in Panama City Beach, Florida.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
