We’re a fast-growing landscape + hardscape division servicing high-volume residential builders. Our projects include full landscape installs, irrigation systems, sodding, tree/plant packages, and hardscape enhancements across multiple active subdivisions. We are expanding our field leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Superintendent to run production-scale installations with consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Oversee multiple landscape installation crews operating across several active residential communities
- Coordinate daily schedules, manpower planning, and material deliveries
- Ensure crews complete high-volume production work with quality, speed, and safety
- Manage installation of trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, irrigation, and all landscape scope items
- Confirm work is completed according to builder plans and specifications
- Conduct quality-control walks, punch outs, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and internal leadership
- Forecast labor and materials needed for upcoming phases
- Help refine production processes and field workflows as we grow
- Train and mentor crew leaders, helping elevate overall performance
- Resolve field issues quickly (irrigation breaks, layout conflicts, material shortages, etc.)
- Track productivity and ensure crews hit daily/weekly install targets
- Uphold a culture of reliability, efficiency, and safety
- 5+ years of landscape installation experience — preferably in residential production or subdivision work
- Proven experience leading multiple crews across high-volume neighborhoods
- Strong understanding of plant materials, sod installation, irrigation systems, and landscape QA/QC
- Ability to read landscape plans, site plans, and builder scopes
- Excellent scheduling, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership mindset — able to build structure, maintain accountability, and improve processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working directly with national or regional homebuilders
- Background in production environments (tight timelines, rapid starts, multiple subdivisions at once)
