Hiring to start immediately; part‑time with possibility of full‑time as schedule increases.

Our Installers will earn $25 an hour, plus overtime. If you have experience in the coatings and epoxy installing industry and have the qualifications listed below, you may be a great fit.

• One year of experience in residential construction
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Enjoy being part of a small team in a startup atmosphere
• Appreciate physical work; every day is a new location
• May be on your feet for long periods of time
• Occasional lifting of materials up to 75+ pounds
• Ability to move in awkward/tight positions
• Takes pride in cleaning and organizing truck materials & equipment
• Occasional exposure to epoxy and other potentially hazardous materials
• Paid training available for all service offerings; travel costs included
