As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers. Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands.

This means completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets with precision and efficiency.

Maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and start-up of commercial and industrial HVAC systems from leading brands; document service activities, complete work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets; build strong relationships with customers and team; deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Age:
  Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driving:
  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered.

  Basic proficiency in computer use.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems.
• Certification:
  Universal EPA certification.
• Professionalism:
  Maintain a professional image.
• Flexibility:
  Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous.
