2020 Companies is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Field Service Representative to represent leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Location & ScheduleLocation: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, but occasional weekend assignments may be needed.
- Respond promptly to field services management, maintaining consistent communication within 24 hours.
- Keep availability and schedules accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client instructions.
- Complete necessary forms and survey documentation before leaving each job site.
- Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and in team installations involving 2+ members, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software, ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
- Adhere to accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs on time.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour, based on experience and location.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Job assignments available Monday–Friday.
- Paid training.
- Flexible self‑scheduling options or fixed shifts based on availability.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Variety of projects and clients.
- Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Flexible Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork per 30 days.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
- Communication
Skills:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email. Use a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, app usage, and internet connectivity. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
- Experience: Installation and merchandising experience beneficial; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology: Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms and apps independently.
- Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills, professional communication and presentation abilities, sound decision‑making, good judgment, effective problem‑solving, and excellent time management.
