- As a Service Technician, you'll maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. You will build strong relationships with our team and customers, delivering exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will document service activities using Mobile-Tech, completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets with precision and efficiency.
- Age Requirement:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. - Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered. - Computer
Skills:
Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary. - Technical
Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required. - Certification:
Must possess a universal EPA certification. - Professionalism:
Candidates should have and maintain a professional image. - Flexibility:
Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed is expected. - Communication:
Excellent communication skills are essential. - Preferred Experience:
Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous.
