Experience:
6 months – 4 years
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle & hiring laws
Experience sourcing US Citizens & Green Card holders
Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
Excellent technical screening, sourcing & candidate assessment skills
Comfortable working in EST/PST shifts
Strong communication, analytical thinking & networking ability
Self-motivated team player with a passion for closing positions
