Client Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and pricing for IT products, servers, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Coordinate with vendors to verify costs, negotiate prices, and provide the best offers.
Handle order follow-ups, delivery issues, and warranty replacements.
Verify vendor prices, compare them with market rates, and negotiate based on customer target pricing.
Ensure timely order dispatch and resolve issues related to wrong deliveries, faulty items, or invoice errors.
Handle AMC pricing with 30-day validity, 90-day warranty, and arrange replacements or support for faulty parts.
