Here at Dental care Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in our practice Dental care Pangbourne. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
AboutThe Role
- Hours - We are looking for an applicant who can work 40 hours per week
- Payment: negotiable, dependant on experience
- Training on our systems and guaranteed support to help you progress in your career

- Welcome visitors, residents, families and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to enquiries appropriately.
- Manage reception duties and ensure the front desk is kept organised and welcoming.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administration.
- Receive and distribute correspondence, deliveries and messages.
- Liaise effectively with staff, residents, families and external professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks when required.
- Prioritise workload effectively and remain calm during busy periods.
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with a dental receptionist background or someone with reception/front of house experience
- A committed and hardworking individual who has the drive to succeed
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
. - Discreet and respectful when handling confidential information.
- You will have completed a Secondary / GCSE or similar qualification
- SOE experience is preferred but not essential
- Computer skills are essential
