Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Product Support Specialist located in Pangbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical product support and troubleshooting assistance to clients. You will address customer inquiries, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance overall product performance and quality.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Product Support and Technical Support
- Experience in providing Customer Support and engaging with customers in a professional manner
- Proficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex problems effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar technical or customer-facing role is preferred
- Background in a technical field or a relevant technical qualification is an asset
