Job Title: Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance

Duration: 12 months

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35

Location: Pangbourne, Reading (with occasional London travel)

3 days onsite, 2 days remote

We are seeking a Learning Delivery Advisor to drive safety and compliance training initiatives through data‑led insights and programme optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and optimise safety & compliance learning programmes aligned to business objectives
• Analyse learning data using reporting tools to measure performance, ROI, and behavioural impact
• Manage learning plans and support implementation across learning management systems (LMS)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness and engagement
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Support cross‑functional projects and promote a data‑driven learning culture

Must-Have

Skills:

• Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with a strong data analytics focus
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience working with LMS and learning technologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with in safety & compliance training environments
• Knowledge of learning impact measurement and ROI methodologies
• Background in data analytics or business intelligence tools
