Castrol is seeking a pricing analytics leader to join its Global Pricing team in the UK. You will lead a small team of data scientists and analysts, turning analysis into decisions that improve revenue, margin and product mix across DIY, DIFM and B2B channels.
You will develop models for elasticity, demand forecasting and price optimisation, and design repeatable tools for price changes and reporting, while partnering with Sales, Finance and Marketing to influence strategic pricing decisions.
