Food Production Operative - Sausage Maker

Pay and Shifts:

• Starting at £13.50 per hour (Increases to £16.00 per hour)
• Monday to Friday
• Early Start: 04:00am to 15:00pm

Key responsibilities:

• Mix sausage ingredients accurately following strict recipes.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Remove waste and ensure strict hygiene standards are met.
• Maintain clean and safe workstations following health and safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets.
• Use manual handling skills safely to move stock and materials.

What we re looking for:

• Previous experience in food production or packing is a plus but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a cool environment with good attention to detail.
• Reliable, efficient team player with positive communication skills.
• Flexible to work Monday to Friday shifts, with potential overtime.
