How Will You Make An Impact Customer Service

• Greeting and assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Provide customers with brand/garment knowledge if required.
• Give customers an enjoyable, relaxing shopping experience.
• Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.

• Managing stock levels across the department.
• Re-stocking shelves with merchandise
• Buying, receiving and storing the delivery of stock.
• Ensuring price tags are correct and attached to all merchandise on the shop floor.

• Supporting visual merchandising of the shop
• Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hoovering and mopping of all areas and cleaning of glass cabinets/shelving etc.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

• Dealing with customer refunds/exchanges.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts at end of day.

• Experience in retail, ideally in luxury retail
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for fashion, luxury retail, and/or the country lifestyle.
• Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office (or equivalent) suite.
