What You Will Do:

Provide end-to-end onsite IT support by independently resolving incidents and service requests, delivering  VIP user support , supporting  Digital Bar/Walk-in Centre operations , troubleshooting workplace technologies, and ensuring a high-quality user experience across all support activities.
Manage and support IT infrastructure and workplace technology, including  PCs and laptops ,  POS systems ,  barcode scanners ,  payment devices ,  printers ,  meeting room AV equipment ,  Microsoft Teams ,  Zoom , and provide  hands-and-eyes support  for server and network teams while maintaining accurate  asset management  and  CMDB records .
Execute IT lifecycle and continuous improvement activities, including  device refresh projects ,  device staging and deployment ,  data migration support ,  stock management ,  ticket management ,  SLA/KPI compliance ,  process automation initiatives ,  user training ,  new hire onboarding , and  escalation management .

What You Need:

Strong  technical troubleshooting  and  client-side incident resolution  skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and workplace technology issues efficiently.
Experience providing  VIP/Executive Support , combined with excellent  customer service ,  stakeholder management , and  communication skills .
Good knowledge of  Windows ,  macOS ,  Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ,  ITSM tools ,  Hardware Asset Management (HAM) , and enterprise workplace applications.
Understanding of  LAN/WAN networking ,  server room environments ,  printer support ,  audio-visual (AV) technologies , and  endpoint device management .
Ability to  prioritize multiple tasks , work independently in a fast-paced environment, communicate fluently in  English and the local language , and apply  ITIL best practices  where required.
