Part-Time/Casual Hours Position What are We Seeking?

We require a collaborative team member who, under the guidance of the Store Manager, will contribute to meeting the store’s sales goals. This role entails critical tasks vital for upholding store standards and ensuring all collections are displayed as per our guidelines.

• Having a thorough knowledge on Products, collections and services provided by Carisma Collections.
• Welcoming and assisting customers in the store.
• Involvement in stock control and management.
• Helping customers locate products.
• Handling cash and card transactions.
• Arranging and restocking merchandise displays.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the manager.
• Providing product recommendations and advice to customers.
• Reconciling cash registers with receipts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhering to brand and store guidelines.
• Tagging and pricing items on the shop floor.
• Ensuring store security, monitoring for theft or fraudulent activity.
• Receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Staying updated on promotions and managing displays accordingly.

• Past experience in a similar sales role.
• Proficiency in both Maltese and English languages.
