Sterk Papendrecht zoekt een Buurtgezinsbegeleider in Papendrecht voor een tijdelijk project tot eind 2026. Je werkt in de Kraaihoek-wijk en helpt gezinnen bij opvoeding en praktische vragen, terwijl je samen met hen kijkt naar wat er nodig is en wat haalbaar is binnen de situatie.
Je bezoekt gezinnen in de wijk, biedt laagdrempelige ondersteuning, bevordert structuur en verwijst waar nodig naar lokale hulpinstanties. Werken dichtbij inwoners en samenwerken met buurtpartners staan centraal.
