Instructional Coach – Hickory Hill Elementary

2026‑27 School Year

The Instructional Coach will collaborate with building principals, classroom teachers, and district leadership to coordinate, organize, and facilitate activities that improve instructional practices. The coach will possess an in‑depth understanding of the district’s instructional model and will work to motivate, communicate, and collaborate with all staff.

Teacher Certification (K‑6) – required, Nebraska Department of Education

Master’s Degree – preferred
