Job Title: Environmental Services Tech/Housekeeper

Pay: Starting at $15+ per hour based on experience

• One year experience in a similar position is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to work around chemicals
• Must be a team player with strong customer service skills and able to multi-task

• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all furniture, fixtures, and flooring; including project cleaning and emergency cleanups
• Maintain cleaning schedule for assigned areas; document any damage noted in apartments or common areas and report damage to the ES Director or Administrator
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and assist in maintaining equipment quality
• Communicate inventory needs to the Director
• Know the appropriate use of chemicals and keep them locked on cart when not in use
• Assist in watering and pruning live plants in the assigned area
