Recreation Leader – Full Time

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a full-time Recreation Leader for our Hillcrest Country Estates location in Papillion, NE.

What are my responsibilities?

• Plan, organize, and lead daily recreational and leisure activities for residents and guests
• Encourage and motivate resident participation, adapting activities to different abilities and interests
• Assist with community outings, holiday events, and family engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with the Recreation/Activities Director on monthly calendars and special events
• Document resident participation and provide feedback on engagement levels
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for residents

What do I need to be successful?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; recreation, activities, or healthcare experience preferred
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with seniors
• Ability to engage individuals and groups with warmth and enthusiasm
• Flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet background check and health clearance requirements
