COTAs will implement the OT’s care plan, advance patient progress as directed, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• Accredited education:
  Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations:
  Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
