Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesCHIP Health is looking to add a Dietitian to our Diabetes Education Clinics! In this role, you will be a crucial part of our interdisciplinary team, providing individualized and group education that respects our patients’ unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds. You’ll inspire behavioral change, foster healthy coping, and help patients achieve their goals.
- Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus Offered
Float – Midlands (Hwy 370 & 84th St), CUMC‑Bergan (77th & Mercy), and Maple Hills Clinic (101st & Maple)
ScheduleMonday‑Friday – FLEXIBLE! No weekends, no holidays, and no on‑call.
Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of Nebraska
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) within 24 months

Pay Range$24.27 – $36.10 /hour
