• Enthusiastically promote the brand, aligning actions with Carhartt’s mission and values.
• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine consumer connection by focusing on exceptional, engaging, efficient, and personalized service while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute visual merchandising and visual standards to ensure proper product display.
• Engage with the team positively and collaboratively, bringing your best to work each day.
• Actively participate in performance and talent management processes, including development, training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Work as a team member to achieve/exceed the store’s revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and find the best solution for each consumer, driving sales by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
• Assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
• Own your own development and professional growth.

There is no required education level for this role.

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC skills: POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be available weekdays Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm.

• Typical retail environment; extended periods standing and typing on a computer.
• Moderate lifting (30‑40 lbs).
• Retail hours.
• National travel required (up to 5%).
• On‑site location: work all work‑related activities on site.
• Carhartt is a tobacco‑free workplace.
