• Install residential heating and air conditioning, ventilation (HVAC) systems.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Install residential and light commercial duct work.
• Use experience and techniques to properly install heating and AC equipment.

• Past experience as an HVAC installation technician or comparable education.
• Valid driver's license.
• EPA certification preferred; option to obtain within the first 3 months of employment available.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of residential split‑system HVAC, rooftop units, packaged units.
• Ductwork/tin experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds.
