Position Summary: The Automotive Technician/Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles efficiently and accurately while adhering to manufacturer and company standards. The role requires clear communication with customers and team members and maintaining safe shop practices.

$36,000–$120,000 per year (based on experience). Pay is paid bi‑weekly.

• Diagnose vehicles using appropriate certifications and experience.
• Perform work as outlined on the multi‑point inspection and/or repair order.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Recommend services to keep the customer's vehicle operating efficiently, documenting all recommendations.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to the shop foreman or store manager.
• Maintain ASE certifications and renew expiring certifications in a timely manner.

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferable one unexpired ASE or equivalent certification or training.
• Availability to work Monday–Saturday.

The role involves exposure to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, and hazardous materials. Temperature variations may include extreme heat or cold.

• Stand for up to eight hours per day and walk between areas.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch regularly; full range of motion for arms and hands required.
• Lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Require hearing and verbal communication.
• Vision sufficient to detect color and depth.
