The DOO runs the hotel in the General Manager's absence. You will assist department heads and managers, inspire employees, and engage with guests all while running an efficient and profitable business that delivers a superior guest experience.

• Handle daily operations and oversee all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve budgets and build strong working relationships.
• Prepare and effectively communicate monthly financial reports.
• Create the hotel’s annual budget and track performance throughout the year.

• Capable of successfully marketing the hotel's quality product and services with the goal of exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Sharp at providing sales leadership and implementing plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Proficient in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent to provide a WOW experience to all guests.
• Able to supervise hotel employees and mentor and motivate them.
• Passionate about helping guests quickly and awesomely.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations.
