Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney

Epic seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This role focuses on managing complex litigation, counseling on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings as we expand into global markets.

• Manage complex litigation and provide counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other risk areas.
• Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
