Production Supervisor

• Lead and support daily production activities across 3-4 departments, ensuring targets for safety, quality, and output are achieved.
• Supervise and develop production employees and team leads through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained in procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Track labor efficiency, material usage, and workflow; identify improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, materials, and maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.
• Maintain production records, analyze performance trends, and report key metrics to management.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture and take action on any hazards or concerns.
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, 5S, and Kaizen activities.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality control practices, and production planning.
• Proficiency with computer systems including ERP platforms and Office 365.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work around moving mechanical equipment.
