Responsibilities
Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and patient-centered principles. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently. Supervise and guide team members under your oversight to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Completion of a Specialty course within 6 months of hire or equivalent
- One-year acute care experience or successful specialty course completion
- Current RN license in the state of Nevada
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required by department
- Must pass pre-employment assessments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and healthcare standards
