Assistant Dining Room Manager - Paradise Inn - Summer Seasonal

** Wage:** $26.78 - $26.78

** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
** Monitor, problem solve, and direct workers to ensure efficient and safe completion of all retail tasks daily.

Performs such other related duties as directed or required.
** SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
** At least six months restaurant experience required. National Park experience strongly preferred.

Food Safety certification; strong sanitation skills; alcohol service TIPS or MAST certification.

Basic computer knowledge & ability including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and food service POS systems.
** PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
** Move about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of co-workers and the ability to speak clearly to be understood by same in English. Able to read and write work related documents in English.

Physical presence at the job site is essential to perform job duties.
