The Dining Room Attend antis responsible formaintaininga clean, organized, and sanitary dining room and kitchen environment while delivering exceptional guest service. This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations through cleaning, stocking, sanitation, and safety compliance.

• Maintain clean dining room floors, seating areas, and garbage containers while using wet floor signs when appropriate.
• Maintain dependable attendance and follow all company call-in procedures when absent.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, and sneeze guards throughout each shift.
• Replenish napkins, condiments, beverages, and other dining room supplies as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine in clean and proper working condition.
• Assist with cleaning other foodcourtand restaurant areas as requested.
• Ensure all kitchen and dining room areas meet Health Department and company cleanliness standards.
• Understand the proper use and safety requirements of all chemicals used in dining and kitchen operations.
• Properly storeandmaintainsmall wares while helping reduce theft and waste.
• Complete assigned side work duties and change beverage syrups as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and hand-washing stations.
• Recognize safety hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
• Clean and sanitize food storage areas, coolers, mop sinks, ice machines, drains, and other support areas.
• Communicate effectively in English for safety, operational instructions, company policies, and guest service.
• Activelyparticipatein completing all daily operational and sanitation tasks.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, lift, and read for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
• Ability to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and regularly transport up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment.
• Ability tomaintainsanitation, food safety, and food service operational requirements.
• Knowledge ofthe safeuse, mixing, and storage of chemicals, hazardous products, and cleaning materials.
