Customer Account Representative

Join us as a Customer Account Representative at Rent-A-Center to provide high-quality customer experiences and broaden our product reach through sales, deliveries, and merchandising.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through white glove service in stores and customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliver, load, unload, and install products safely and compliantly, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Maintain an inviting store by refurbishing merchandise, vacuuming, dusting, and organizing to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (company vehicles will be used).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

This role is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The candidate must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise and adhere to all company safety guidelines.

Full‑time position, Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Sunday off plus one additional weekday off. Scheduling may change based on management and business needs.
