Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Paramount, California — earn up to ($2060 - $2169 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Assist in achieving departmental targets and performance goals.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth.
Support a positive team environment and contribute to team success.
Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities and results.
Experience/QualificationsCurrent RN license in California and relevant certifications in PCU.
Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions accurately.
Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar healthcare setting.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Willingness to engage in self-assessment and seek feedback.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Experience in utilizing data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
