The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding our customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and growth. Bring your passion and personality, and we will handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to apply product knowledge in customer service.
• Ability to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
