• Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of termites and other wood-destroying organisms.
• Identify areas affected by termite activity or damage.
• Provide treatment to impacted areas following company protocols.
• Sell ongoing protection services and termite plans.
• Accurately complete service reports and maintain detailed records of inspections and treatments.
• Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Previous termite inspection experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and explain services clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Detail-oriented.
