Compensation: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Are you a detail‑oriented accounting professional looking to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with operations and supply chain teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to deepen their accounting experience in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account analyses
• Support AP/AR functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare internal financial reports and assist with audits
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing a plus!)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
