Tax Manager

Growing CPA firm is looking for their next Tax Manager. This firm is a small to mid-size firm that just finished a merger and looking to continue to expand their firm.

• 7+ years of experience with tax and accounting and management
• Must have at least 7 years of management experience
• Prep/Review experience
• Active CPA license (will look at EA) (possible for those on the CPA path, depending on how they are in the process)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Generalist
• Experience with CCH Excess, Engagement manager, Quick Books, Pro Systems FX tax, Sage
• Experience and willingness to prep returns (if needed) - 1040, 1120, 1120s, 1065, 1041
• Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and relationship-building skills
• Prep/Review:
  Need to be able to review returns. Also need to be able to step in and prep returns when needed.
