Vehicle Detailer – Tesla
Join the Tesla Collision Repair Program as a Vehicle Detailer to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world.
What to ExpectExceptional hands‑on technical ability and a strong work ethic. Consistent delivery of strong customer satisfaction, motivation, and teamwork are key.
What You'll Do- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications
- Maintain records of time and materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
- Apply detailing methods and techniques (wet sand, polish, buff, wax, etc.)
- Demonstrate basic automotive repair and service skills
- Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with stakeholders, including the public
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
- Certificate in Automotive Technology (retail automotive service experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
