- Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans.
- Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings.
- Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations—ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of operational drivers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and influence senior leadership.
$200,000—$250,000 USD
