Position
A healthcare organization in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Education Specialist – Long Term Care to support nursing education and staff development within a long‑term care setting. Responsibilities- Coordinating orientation, in‑services, and ongoing education for nursing staff
- Assessing learning needs and developing educational plans and programs
- Teaching classes using adult learning principles and varied instructional methods
- Developing and updating curricula, policies, and educational materials
- Maintaining educational records and ensuring regulatory compliance
- BSN required;
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field required - Current New Jersey RN license and AHA BLS & BLS Instructor certifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in long‑term care within the past 5 years
- Strong teaching ability, clinical expertise, and basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
$46.94 – $66.43 per hour (approximately $97,635 – $138,174 annually), plus differentials.
