• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of study at an institute of higher education, an associate’s degree (or higher), or a passing score on the Para Pro Test
• Ability to work effectively with elementary school-aged children
• Demonstrated interest in education and students
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate or acceptable

BUILDING PRINCIPAL OR TEACHER

To assist the principal and/or teachers in maintaining a well-organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
