Our client is an investment management and strategic wealth planning firm located in northern New Jersey. They are looking for a Client Services Associate
.
Salary $65k - $75k
Position OverviewThe Client Services Associate will contribute to the continued growth of the firm while providing extraordinary client service. This role provides administrative and operational support, including the creation, maintenance, and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
Responsibilities- Provide direct client interaction and high-level client service support.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including all scheduling logistics.
- Maintain and manage internal databases.
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls appropriately.
- Create and process new and ongoing account paperwork.
- Handle client requests such as withdrawals, charitable donations, and charitable gifts.
- Process Relationship Manager (RM) requests including updating IPS documents and changing beneficiaries.
- Oversee GIPS factsheet disbursements and CRS processes.
- Calculate and process Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
- Clean, organize, and maintain existing client files.
- Complete general administrative tasks as needed.
- 2+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 65.
- Accounting or retirement plan experience.
- New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience.
- Medical insurance.
